The front of the garden looks beautiful, I apologize for not loading pictures, I had trouble with that feature. We will start the school year cleaning out weeds from our back garden. I am generating a parent science club that will also help maintain our garden here at Farias. We plan to do all the fun learning activities this school year as we did last year. My advice is that everyone can do what we did here at Farias.
Steps of our success
- We raised money "Pennies for plants" (bought soil and perennial plants)
- We then had a planting day on "Week of the Young Child" and ask to bring a plant from our perennial list
- It was very successful
- FISKAR tools made this possible
